Customers must provide the footwear to be customized. Footwear is not included in the service price.

Please note: This service is not recommended for mesh-style footwear.
How the Process Works
Customers must purchase and provide the footwear to be customized. Only new, unworn footwear will be accepted. Please do not submit used footwear.
If purchasing footwear online, you may have it shipped directly to us. However, you must contact us before placing the footwear order to receive the correct shipping address.

Custom Sneaker Order
Please attach a clear photo of the footwear you plan to send. Allow up to 24 hours for a response with shipping instructions and order confirmation.
Placing Your Order
Add the Custom Footwear Service to your cart and select View Cart. Enter the following information in the order notes:

Photo or image details, if applicable

Your current email address for communication and progress updates
After We Receive Your Footwear
Once your footwear arrives, you will receive a confirmation email with a photo documenting the condition of the item as received.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for customization. The materials and adhesive layers must cure thoroughly to create a durable finish.
When your completed footwear is ready to be returned, you will receive an email confirmation with return-shipping tracking information.
Important Sizing Notice
Permanent adhesives used during the customization process may cause slight shrinkage in some canvas footwear. When possible, we recommend purchasing canvas sneakers approximately one-half size larger.
Refund Policy
The AYO Custom Footwear Service fee is nonrefundable.
