Here's how it works...

YOU purchase the sneaker, if you order online you can have them shipped directly to us. Just make sure to reach out to us prior to placing order. At that time you will be given the address for shipping. If you have the sneaker already - Email us at: Sales with subject line of Custom Sneaker Order for the shipping address. Please attach a photo of the sneaker that will be received. Please allow 24 hrs. for a reply.

Once the item is received you will receive a confirmation email with a picture of the received goods. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing as the layers must cure thoroughly. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking for return shipping.

*Disclaimer: Please allow for some shrinkage on canvas type sneakers due to permanent adhesives used in customizing sneaker. It is recommended getting a 1/2 size bigger (if possible). Customized Footwear Service Fee is Non Refundable.
