Refund policy

Due to all items being custom and handmade; Good Works 4 GOD does not offers Refunds unless its due to a manufacturer defect. Any item damaged in shipping will be REPLACED following STRICT claim guidelines. Customer will be required to enter a claim on line with carrier using the details given by us. Good Works 4 GOD will also enter a claim against the carrier to partner with yours. If customer does not open a damaged shipment claim No Replacement will be given. Claim number must be submitted with the claim to us prior to replacement being sent. No exceptions!
