are not accepted. If a product is damaged in shipping a Claim MUST be opened and submitted with your claim to us. No product is shipped out damaged. All glass and breakable products are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in peanuts to protect the product from such damage. So if the product is received damaged PLEASE open a CLAIM with your Local Post Office and send us a copy of the claim. Your item will be REPLACED but a claim must be attached.


All custom items are Non Refundable. All Sales are FINAL.
