Returns
are not accepted. If a product is damaged in shipping a claim MUST be opened and submitted with your claim to us. No product is shipped out damaged. All glass and breakable products are wrapped in bubble wrap and / or shipped in peanuts to protect the product from such damage. So, if the product is received damaged PLEASE open a CLAIM with your Local Post Office and send us a copy of the claim. Your item will be REPLACED but a claim must be attached. No Exceptions.
